Automated Driven Piling
- The Synergic Free-fall System is a computer program developed in-house. Algorithmically controlled, it automatically adapts the free-fall as hoist height increases.
- Our automatic free-fall system reduces operator fatigue and increases on-site productivity. Early R&D logged over 2,000 drops in a single day — reducing wear on manual directional control valves and operator strain.
- Manual free-fall control is also available via radio remote for operators who prefer direct input.
1-Year Warranty & Preventative Maintenance
- 1-year warranty on the DH10.3, plus JCB engine warranty: 1 year minor parts, 2 years major parts.
- Extended wire rope life through increased sheave size and use of ASTM A1023 Cat 1 rotation-resistant rope, reducing downtime from rope wear.
- Drop cycles and winch pressure overloads are recorded automatically, allowing rope changes to be forecast before failure occurs on site.
